THE BLOOM is an internship experience built around the belief that there’s no single way to grow. Everyone has their own interests, strengths, and ambitions. Submit your application and tell us about yourself, your interests, and what you want to explore.

Submit within 5 days after receiving confirmation email
Shortlisted candidates submit a 1-page SOP sharing their motivation, interests, and what they hope to gain from The Bloom.
January 2027
Complete the online assessment within the given timeframe to move forward in the selection process.
February – March 2027
Meet the AIS team, share your experiences, and show us what you could bring to The Bloom.
1 June 2027

เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ทั้งสนุกและท้าทาย ได้ฝึกใช้ SAP, Excel และความรู้จากห้องเรียนในงานจริง ๆ รู้สึกเป็นคนที่ proactive มากขึ้นด้วย แถมมีพี่ ๆ คอยซัพพอร์ตเสมอ ทำให้การมา ฝึกงานกับ AIS คุ้มค่าและไม่ผิดหวังเลยครับ
ได้ใช้ Figma และ design system ที่เข้มข้นมากขึ้น ในการออกแบบงาน รวมถึงได้ร่วมสังเกตการณ์การทำ usability testing กับ end user จริง ได้พัฒนาทั้งทักษะ storytelling และ presentation ด้วย พี่ ๆ ในทีมก็น่ารักมาก ๆ ค่ะ
เปิดโลกมากครับ งานที่นี่ไม่ใช่แค่เขียนโค้ด แต่ต้องสื่อสาร และทำงานเป็น ได้ทั้ง hard skill ด้านการจัดการข้อมูลและได้ business mindset จากพี่ ๆ ในทีม แค่พกใจที่พร้อมเรียนรู้ มาก็พอ พี่ ๆ พร้อมซัพพอร์ตเต็มที่ครับ
ได้พัฒนา technical skills แบบจัดเต็ม ทั้งการทำงานกับเครื่องมือจริง ได้ร่วม implement cloud ด้วย ถ้ายังลังเลอยู่ ผมแนะนำให้สมัครเลยครับ โอกาสได้จับงาน จริงในสาย cloud แบบนี้ไม่ได้หากันง่าย ๆ แน่นอน
Students currently studying in their 2nd–4th year of university with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00, who can commit to the full 2-month, 100% on-site internship.

The internship will run for 2 months, from June – July 2027, at Ari or Muang Thong Thani (Cosmo), depending on your position.
Yes. Interns will receive a daily allowance throughout the internship period.
Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30.
The internship will be 100% on-site at AIS locations in Ari and Muang Thong Thani (Cosmo).
No, transportation is not provided. Interns are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the assigned workplace.
You may wear your university uniform and/or AIS T-shirt.
Yes. A laptop will be provided for use during the internship period.
